Join HSMAI
You can join HSMAI by choosing one of the 3 options below. You can join by email by selecting the 'Join By Email' option. Otherwise use the 'Not On Mailing List' option to join HSMAI and our mailing list at the same time. In addition, you can apply online and pay with a credit card, or print the PDF membership application and mail it in.
- Join By Email
If you are not on our mailing list, your name will be added to our mailing list and you will receive a completed membership application and renewal invoice automatically via email. If you are currently on our mailing list, you will be asked to review and update your contact information by loggin in. To review the current information in our database click here (login required). Once received, simply print and mail the application and your check to the address listed on the application. All of the information you provide here will be stored in our database. You will receive a separate email with your login information should you need to update your information in the future.
