Lthe past ten years, Wendy has managed the Universal Studio Hollywood's Consumer Insights Department. Her department designs, executes and analyses consumer and market research influencing the strategic, operational, marketing and sales objectives of the company.

Prior to Universal Studios Hollywood, Wendy was Director of Market Research at Walt Disney Imagineering where she provided consumer research in support of the development of new theme parks, rides and attractions, and regional entertainment venues. Prior to Disney, she was Senior Manager at two hospitality-industry consulting firms: Laventhol & Horwath in Los Angeles, and PKF Consulting in Los Angeles and Philadelphia.

Wendy graduated from Northwestern University and has an MBA from the University of Miami and a Masters in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
